Ericka C. Bond’s desire is that children are empowered, nurtured, and mentored so they can boldly be who they were created to be. Ericka is a native of Jackson, TN, and currently resides in Radcliff, KY.  Ericka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a Master of Organizational Leadership degree. Ericka believes that all are destined for greatness yet have different individual paths to get there. She has a passion for the next generation which has been demonstrated by her years of working with children in different capacities.
